Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, the theatre remains closed at the present time.
We have however been busy throughout the latter part of 2020 and into 2021 to provide some ‘virtual theatre’ which you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home. All can still be viewed from the SHORT CLIPS tab at the top of the page.
Throughout March, April and May we have been bringing you some varied monologues. Firstly we had ‘The Outside Dog’ performed by Fiona Ashby, then ‘Little Red Riding Hood’ performed by Tony Holtham, then the ‘The Three Little Pigs’ performed by Grace Turner , ‘The Hand of God’ performed by Helen Roberts, a monologue from the play Goodbye Charles, performed by Wayne Young then ‘The Muck Spreader’ from April Ryder and lastly ‘A Love Story’ by Christine Hughes. We hope that you enjoyed these virtual offerings.
In August we are planning on bring Panto to the park with our free outdoor productions of Toad of Toad Hall. Please see the attached poster for details.
We hope that you enjoy keeping in touch with the theatre via these virtual offerings. Please stay safe and well, and we look forward to welcoming you back through the Attfield’s doors as soon as it is possible to do so.
